DMCA Policy
Dommes respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Filing a notice
If you believe content on dommes.us infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at support@dommes.us with the subject line "DMCA Notice" including: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) the URL or sufficient description of the infringing material on our site; (3) your name, address, email, and phone number; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.
What we do
On receipt of a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the identified material and notify the user who posted it. Repeat infringers' accounts will be terminated.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief the removal was in error, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts of Oregon. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the material.
