Terms of Service
1. What Dommes is
Dommes is a gifting and support marketplace. Fans can send creators voluntary tips, fund wishlist items and goals, and purchase monthly support memberships that grant status perks. Payments on Dommes are gifts and expressions of support — they are not purchases of media, content access, private interactions, or any other product or service, and creators owe no goods, services, or attention in exchange.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher) to use Dommes. By creating an account you attest that you meet this requirement. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.
3. No refunds
Because payments are voluntary gifts, all payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law or decided by Dommes in its sole discretion (for example, in cases of fraud or platform error).
4. Content rules & Acceptable Use Policy
Dommes is a safe-for-work platform. The following may not be posted, distributed, linked for monetization, or monetized anywhere on the service, including posts, messages, profiles, statuses, wishlists, and bio pages:
Adult content and services — nudity, sexually explicit material or acts (for example, subscriber-only nude images or adult audio/video chat), and any content that sexualizes minors in any form. Intellectual property or proprietary rights infringement — content that infringes trademarks or other proprietary rights.Copyright-infringing content — for example leaked music, media, or other works you do not hold rights to (see our DMCA policy for takedowns).Violent extremism — content that engages in, encourages, promotes, or celebrates unlawful violence, or hate speech toward any group based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or any other immutable characteristic.
Harassment, threats, doxxing, fraud, impersonation, and attempts to move payments off-platform to evade these terms are also prohibited.
Enforcement. Dommes uses automated systems that programmatically detect and remove violating content at the moment it is submitted, alongside human review of user reports. Detected violations are logged and count as strikes against the account; repeat violations automatically flag the account for review and may result in content removal, demonetization, suspension, or a permanent ban. Users can report violating content in-app, and rights holders can use our DMCA process or contact page to request removal.
5. Creators
Creators are independent users, not employees or agents of Dommes. Creators are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and wishlists and for complying with tax obligations on amounts they receive. Dommes may charge platform fees on transactions; current fees are shown at the point of payment.
6. Bio pages, links, and fees
Creators may publish a public “bio” page (dommes.us/bio/…) containing their profile, outbound links, a tribute option, and their wishlist. Two fee structures apply on Dommes, both shown before you pay: on standard on-site payments, our platform fee (currently 10%) is deducted from the amount paid; on bio-page checkouts, the platform fee is instead added on top of the chosen amount and paid by the supporter, so the creator receives the full chosen amount.
Outbound links on bio pages lead to third-party services that Dommes does not operate, endorse, or control, and whose terms and age rules apply. Links we detect as leading to adult platforms are labeled “18+”. Dommes itself remains safe-for-work everywhere, and no payment on Dommes unlocks anything on any linked service. Creators are solely responsible for the links they publish and must only link to pages they are permitted to share. Creators using the import tool confirm that the imported page is their own. Third-party names and logos shown on link buttons are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to identify link destinations; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
7. Guest payments
Visitors without a Dommes account may send tips, gift wishlist items, and start monthly support subscriptions. Guest payments are processed by Stripe, which collects the payment details and, for subscriptions, an email for receipts and self-service management at dommes.us/manage. The display name a guest enters (or “Anonymous”) may be shown publicly, for example on leaderboards and in notifications to the creator. Guest payments are voluntary gifts under these terms exactly like payments from account holders.
8. Wishlist gifts
Gifting a wishlist item sends the creator a voluntary monetary gift in the amount shown for that item. Dommes does not sell, stock, or ship goods; wishlist entries describe what inspired the gift, and the creator is not obligated to purchase the pictured item or provide anything in return. Once an item is gifted it is marked as taken and cannot be gifted again.
9. Blocking, reporting, and enforcement
Users can block and report other users in-app. Dommes may review reported accounts and remove content or users that violate these terms. We may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dommes disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees you paid to Dommes in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions: contact us.
